Risk Control

Transaction Risk Control

To maintain the security and integrity of our platform, strict transaction risk control measures are enforced. These rules are in place to protect both the platform and its users from fraudulent activities, misuse, and other forms of exploitation. Violating these rules can result in serious consequences, including forced card cancellation, fines, and account suspension. Below are the core risk control rules that users must follow.

Key Risk Control Rules

Forced Card Cancellation Due to Continuous Failed Transactions:

  • If you repeatedly attempt transactions that fail—due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or other reasons—the platform will automatically trigger a forced cancellation of your virtual card. This rule helps to mitigate potential risks related to fraud or misuse of the platform.

  • Action: To avoid forced card cancellation, monitor your transactions closely and ensure all details are correct before initiating further attempts. If you encounter frequent failures, contact support to resolve the issue.

No Malicious Chargebacks:

  • Filing malicious chargebacks (disputing charges without valid cause) is strictly prohibited. Such actions disrupt the platform’s operations and are treated as fraudulent behavior. Users who attempt malicious chargebacks will face severe penalties.

  • Card Cancellation: If you no longer need your virtual card, please initiate the card cancellation process through the platform. Failing to cancel a card that is no longer in use and attempting to file chargebacks will result in fines and possible further penalties.

  • Important: Chargebacks should only be used for legitimate disputes, such as resolving unauthorized transactions or errors made by merchants.

Prohibition of Abnormal Refunds:

  • Any attempts to process abnormal refunds, such as repeatedly requesting refunds without valid reasons, are strictly prohibited. Such behavior signals potential fraud and will result in investigation and penalties.

  • Action: Ensure that you only request refunds for legitimate reasons, such as defective products or services. Abuse of the refund system will result in penalties.

No Fraudulent Activity or Exploitation of Platform Rules:

  • Engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to exploit loopholes in both merchant and platform rules for illegal profit is strictly prohibited. This includes any attempt to game the system by taking unfair advantage of promotions, errors, or transaction processes.

  • Consequences: Any user found to be engaged in fraudulent behavior or exploitation of platform or merchant rules will face account suspension and financial penalties. Such actions threaten the integrity of the platform and will be treated as serious violations.

  • Definition: Fraudulent activity includes using deceptive tactics or taking advantage of vulnerabilities in the platform to gain illicit benefits.

Penalties for Violations

Users who violate the transaction risk control rules will be subject to the following penalties:

Card Cancellation:

  • If a user engages in repeated transaction failures, malicious chargebacks, or abnormal refund behavior, their virtual card will be forcibly canceled. The user will lose access to the card and will need to apply for a new one, subject to platform approval.

Fines:

  • Violations, including malicious chargebacks or fraudulent exploitation of platform rules, will result in fines. These penalties are designed to prevent abuse and maintain the integrity of the platform.

Account Suspension:

  • Serious or repeated violations of the platform’s rules, such as engaging in fraud or exploiting loopholes, will result in account suspension. During this time, the user will lose access to all platform services, and any unresolved transactions may be reviewed for further action.

Future Risk Control Rules

The risk control measures outlined above are part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a secure and fair platform. Additional risk control rules will be announced in the future as the platform continues to evolve and improve its fraud prevention systems. Users are encouraged to stay informed by checking for updates to the platform’s rules and regulations.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What happens if my card is canceled due to repeated failed transactions?

  • Your virtual card will be forcibly canceled, and you will need to contact support to resolve the issue or apply for a new card, which will be subject to platform approval.

How can I avoid penalties for chargebacks?

  • Always attempt to resolve issues directly with the merchant before filing a chargeback. If you no longer need your card, cancel it through the platform to avoid unnecessary chargebacks or fines.

What is considered fraudulent activity?

  • Fraudulent activity includes any attempt to exploit platform or merchant rules for illegal profit, such as taking advantage of system loopholes, promotions, or errors. Such behavior will lead to fines, account suspension, and other penalties.

By adhering to these transaction risk control rules, you help create a safer and more secure platform for everyone. If you have any questions or concerns about these rules, please contact our support team for further assistance.
