How to Change Your Email, or Password

Keeping your account secure and up to date is essential, and there may be times when you need to change your email or password. Whether you’ve switched to a new email provider or simply want to update your password for security reasons, our platform makes it easy to manage these changes. This guide walks you through the steps for updating your email address and password while ensuring your account stays secure.

How to Change Your Email Address

Your email address is essential for logging in, receiving notifications, and verifying your identity. If you need to update your email address, follow these steps:

Log In to Your Account:

  • Log in to your account using your current email and password. If Google Authenticator (2FA) is enabled, you’ll also need to enter the Google code.

Navigate to Account Settings:

  • In your dashboard, go to Account Settings or Profile to find the option to update your email address.

Enter Your New Email Address:

  • Delete your old email and input the new one. Ensure that the email is accurate.

Receive and Enter the Verification Code:

  • A verification code will be sent to the new email. Enter this code on the platform to confirm the email change.

Verify Google Code (if enabled):

  • If you have Google Authenticator enabled, you’ll also need to enter your Google code after entering the email verification code.

Update Complete:

  • Once both verifications are completed, your email will be updated.

How to Change Your Password

For security reasons, changing your password requires both your current password and a new password. Here’s how to update it:

Log In to Your Account:

  • First, log in to your account using your current email and password. If you have Google Authenticator (2FA) enabled, enter the Google code as well.

Go to Account Settings:

  • In your dashboard, navigate to Account Settings or Security Settings.

Enter Old and New Password:

  • You’ll be asked to enter your current password first. Then, create and confirm a strong new password.

Verify Google Code (if enabled):

  • If Google Authenticator is enabled, you will be prompted to enter the Google code after setting your new password.

Save Changes:

  • Once both the old password and the Google code (if applicable) are verified, save your changes. Your password is now updated.

Set a New Password:

  • After verifying the code, you’ll be prompted to create a new password. Choose a strong password and confirm it.

Password Reset Complete:

  • Once you’ve successfully entered the verification code (and Google code, if applicable), your password will be reset. You can now log in with your new password.
